At Babusya we are happy to accept custom orders, creating unique pieces according to your wishes. A custom order is an opportunity to personalize an existing model or develop a new design based on your references.

🎨 What Can Be Customized?

If the desired item is in our collection but you want to change some details, this is considered a custom order.

You can change:

Product color (including shades not in the standard palette).
Color and type of hardware (buttons, zippers, fasteners).
Pattern or ornament (if possible).
Embroidery and decorative elements (pockets, hoods, cuffs, embroidery, fringe, etc.).
Silhouette of the item (changing the shape, fit, tapering, etc.).
Length, width, size of the product.
Materials (if available, a suitable alternative or equivalent option)

🛠️ If the Desired Item Is Not in Our Collection

If you want to order an item that is not part of our standard collection, you must provide the most detailed information:

Photo references of the product from different angles (the more, the better).
Accurate measurements of your parameters and the desired parameters of the item.
Description of the desired design, embellishments, details, and colors.
Materials you would like the item to be made from (fabrics, yarn, material composition, texture).
Specific requirements regarding fit, texture, comfort, and usage.

💡 Important! We do not make exact replicas of products from other brands or artisans. References are needed to understand your idea, but the final product will be made in our style, considering your wishes.

📝 How to Place a Custom Order?

To place a custom order, contact us through the details provided in the "Contacts" section of the website and provide the following:

Description of the idea:
- What changes do you want to make to our model, or what item do you want to order?
- Do you have any special requests regarding the shape, fit, style?
Visual Materials:
- Photo examples, sketches, or images from different angles.
- If there are no references, describe your wishes as detailed as possible.
Size and Measurements:
- Your accurate measurements (chest, waist, hips, length of the item, etc.).
- Desired parameters of the item (width, length, volume, fit).
Materials:
- Specify what materials you want for the item (type of fabric, yarn, material composition, texture).
- If you are unsure, we will suggest options based on your request.
Embellishments and Details:
- Desired colors (including shades not in the standard palette).
- Selection of hardware (buttons, zippers, fasteners, décor).
- Embellishments (embroidery, appliqué, fringe, pockets, collar, etc.).

After receiving your request, we will agree on all the details, choose the materials, and calculate the estimated cost and production time.

💰 Cost of Custom Orders

Custom orders are usually more expensive than standard items because they involve:

Additional time for developing a unique design and details.
Calculations for custom sizes.
Selection and purchase of special materials that may not be part of our standard range.
Use of rare or additional yarn colors that may remain unused after your order.
Additional stages of work: sample testing, fit adjustments, hand-finishing, etc.

💰 The price is agreed upon when placing the order. ❗ Discounts and special offers do not apply to custom orders.

⏳ Production Time

The production time depends on the complexity and volume of the order.
Estimated time is 10-14 working days, but during the high season, delays may occur due to increased order volume.
If there is a queue of other custom orders, the production time may increase.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically based on the customer's request.
We ask that you carefully consider all the details before placing the order.
