We want you to love your Babusia piece! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• In order to proceed with the return/exchange of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product.

• All delivery costs for quality products are covered by the customer. If the product does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange or return will not be approved, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

💳 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Products without proof of purchase.

• Custom (personalized) or worn items.

• Underwear (including panties, boxers, shorts, tops and bras, nightgowns, pajamas, tank tops, t-shirts, bodysuits, thermal wear, corsetry, and swimwear), hosiery products, headwear, gloves and jewelry.

• Products purchased during sales or other promotional offers.

• Products purchased from partners. Exchange or return is only possible through them.

• Gift certificates.
