📦 Processing Time:

• If the item is in stock, it will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days after the purchase.

• If the item is out of stock, we will need 10-14 business days to manufacture it, and once it's ready, it will be shipped to you.

• Since many of our items are handmade, we appreciate your patience!

🌎 Delivery Options:

• Ukraine: delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta service. The delivery cost is calculated individually and is paid by the customer separately. The delivery time for orders is 1-2 days.

• International Delivery: is carried out via Nova Poshta Global or Ukrposhta EMS. The delivery cost is calculated and paid during the checkout process on the website according to the carrier's rates. The delivery time depends on the destination country and can range from 1 to 4 weeks. Due to the Russian military aggression, we do not ship orders to Russia and Belarus.

Important! The customer is responsible for customs duties. Please take this into account when placing your order.
